Keith Bailey

Keith is the Field Operations Manager and Large Loss Coordinator for SERVPRO of Southern Blair Bedford and SERVPRO Team Weaver. As former GM for the company, he has experience handling every kind of loss and cleaning job which makes him an invaluable resource. His background in mitigation, construction, and management of large losses allows him to make quick and accurate decisions on his feet.

Keith holds our record for the most IICRC certifications which include Water Damage Restoration, health and safety, odor control, carpet cleaning, upholstery and fabric cleaning, applied microbial remediation, fire and smoke damage restoration, journeyman textile cleaner, and master fire and smoke restorer.

Tracy

Tracy joined our team in 2017 and is our Office Manager. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her children and playing cornhole.

Steve Gironda

Steve is the Director of Business Development for SERVPRO Team Weaver. He oversees a team of three Sales Reps who span Indiana, Bedford, Southern Blair Country, Huntingdon, State College, to Bellefonte. A graduate of Shippensburg University and former football coach, most recently at Saint Francis University, he enjoys talking all things sports.

Steve is certified in Water Damage Restoration and has completed OSHA10 construction industry training. His background in federal government work has brought a unique perspective to his role in sales and made him the person business owners, schools, and insurance agents call when they have an unexpected disaster on their hands.

Steve Nelson

As the Senior Restoration Project Manager for SERVPRO of Southern Blair Bedford, Steve is based out of our Ebensburg, PA Headquarters. As a graduate of Penn State University, he was thrilled when SERVPRO Team Weaver became the official cleanup and restoration company for Penn State University Park and their branch campuses. He and his wife met in State College and have lived in Central Pennsylvania for the past 25 years where he has coached soccer at the club level and raised their family.

Steve holds certifications in water damage restoration, Odor control, contents processing,and fire and smoke damage restoration. A former teacher, he is a skilled leader, trainer, and instructor. He built SERVPRO Team Weaver’s content management division from the ground up and now oversees a team of over 50 employees who handle local mold remediation, flood and water restoration, and mitigation. His dedication to excellence, attention to detail, and willingness to be available to his team has helped make Team Weaver one of SERVPRO’s top 75 franchises.

Jason Frederick

Jason is the Reconstruction Operations Manager for SERVPRO of Ebensburg, Indiana County, Southern Blair Bedford, and Happy Valley. His career in construction began at the age of 11 when he started working with his Dad and Grandfather. His expert apprenticeship paid off, as he went on to become Superintendent for a large commercial construction company in Virginia where he worked on large projects such as the Citibank Headquarters and the International Spy Museum. 

Jason’s ability to manage multiple large projects, restoration crews, and the department’s busy schedule makes him a true asset to the community. He was a member of the Carpenters Union for almost 20 years before becoming a manager here at SERVPRO Team Weaver.

Sharon

Sharron joined the team in 2020 as the Warehouse Manager and is our Esporta Wash System Operator at SERVPRO of Ebensburg.

Evan Farrell

Evan is the Mitigation Lead Estimator for SERVPRO of Southern Blair Bedford. He graduated from IUP with degrees in Economics and Psychology. He and his wife live in Indiana County, so he splits his office time between our Indiana office and our Headquarters in Ebensburg.

Evan is certified in water damage restoration, fire and smoke damage restoration, commercial drying, applied structural drying, applied microbial remediation, odor control, OSHA awareness and compliance, and contents processing and handling. In addition, he is a certified crime and trauma scene bio-recovery technician. His extensive education, dedication to our community, and industry knowledge has helped make Team Weaver one of SERVPRO’s top 75 franchises.

Chuck

Charles is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Ebensburg. His certifications include ECTP-Employee Certification Training Program as well as Carpet Cleaning, Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying (ASD) from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). He also has his OSHA 10 Certification.

Kyle

Kyle is our Large Loss Response Team and Storm Production Team Manager at SERVPRO of Ebensburg.  His certifications include ECTP-Employee Certification Training Program as well as ASD-Applied Structural Drying Technician, OCT-Odor Control Technician, FSRT-Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician, and WRT-Water Damage Restoration Technician from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). He also has his OSHA 10 Certification.

Doug

Doug is a Crew Chief and Compliance Manager at SERVPRO of Ebensburg.  His certifications include WRT-Water Damage Restoration Technician, FSRT-Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician, OCT-Odor Control Technician and ASD-Applied Structural Drying Technician, from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). He also has his OSHA 10 Construction Safety Certification. 

Michael

Michael is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Ebensburg.  He is certified as a WRT-Water Damage Restoration Technician and OCT-Odor Control Technician from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).  Additionally he is a certified Crime & Trauma Scene Bio-Recovery Technician and has his OSHA 10 Certification.

Tina

Tina is our Accounting Administrator. She joined our SERVPRO team in 2021. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her family.

Christie

Christie is a Sales and Marketing Representative at SERVPRO. Christie joined the team in 2020 having worked in the insurance industry for a few years prior to her new role at SERVPRO. She is a certified WRT-Water Damage Restoration Technician from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).

Rusty

Rusty joined the team in 2019 as a Reconstruction Foreman at SERVPRO. He brings 22 years of experience to our team including several as the foreman for a very successful construction company.

Ken

Ken is a Skilled Laborer at SERVPRO.  He brings more than 20 years of construction experience to our team. His certifications include ECTP-Employee Certification Training Program.

Rick

Rick joined the team in 2019 as a Reconstruction Technician at SERVPRO. His 7 years of experience make him a valuable asset to our reconstruction teams.

Ryan

Ryan is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Ebensburg. He is a certified CCT-Carpet Cleaning Technician and WRT-Water Damage Restoration Technician from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). He also has his OSHA 10 Certification.

Matt

Matt is one of our hard working Production Technicians at SERVPRO. His is a certificatified WRT-Water Damage Restoration Technician from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).

Kevin

Kevin is a Production Technician at SERVPRO. He joined the team in 2020. His certifications include ECTP-Employee Certification Training Program as well as OCT-Odor Control Technician, FSRT-Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician, and WRT-Water Damage Restoration Technician from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and OSHA10.

Jamie

Jamie is a Lead Production Tech. Prior to joining SERVPRO Jamie was employed at a power plant.  Jamie’s strong drive and attention to detail makes him a valued team member. He has completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. This program teaches advanced cleaning and restoration techniques and how to effectively use our state-of-the-art equipment. This training also emphasizes listening skills, customer service, and exceeding our customers’ expectations. He holds Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) and Odor Control Technician (OCT) certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). He also has his OSHA10 certification.

In his spare time Jamie enjoys spending time with his four grandchildren.

Dave Jr.

Dave joined the team here at SERVPRO in June of 2021.  During the past 23 years he was in business with his father building new homes and additions.  When not at work he enjoys spending time with his family and hunting and fishing.

Dave Sr.

Dave Sr. joined the team here at SERVPRO in June of 2021.  He has over 45 years of construction experience, both residential and commercial. He graduated with 3 years of carpentry classes at Admiral Peary Vo-Tech.  He had a successful business with his son Dave Jr. for 23 years, building new homes and additions.  When not at work he enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, hunting, fishing, ATVs and snowmobiling.  He is looking forward to working with SERVPRO and hopes to share his experience and knowledge with co-workers.

Doug W.

Doug joined our team in 2021 after more than 42 years in the construction.  He brings a wealth of knowledge to our ranks as he built over 200 homes in his career. He spent 12 years running his own company and spent the latter half of his career in the commercial building field.

Brandon

Brandon, a United States Marine, joined our reconstruction teams in 2021.  He brings years of experience to our teams and has proven to be an asset during his short time on the job.  

Nick

Nick joined our reconstruction division in 2021 and brings more than 25 years of construction experience to our team.  When not at work he enjoys spending time with his family and hunting.

Justin

Justin joined the team in 2021 as the Marketing Rep for the Indiana County territory. He is a lifelong Indiana County resident and also attended IUP.  He brings 20 years of experience in relationship development and sales to our teams.  In his spare time, he runs a non-profit, Gym Therapy Inc. DBA The Roosters Nest and spends time with his silver lab named Jerzy.

Brooke

Brooke joined the team in 2021. With 12 years of Administrative and Customer Service experience, she is comfortable handling a wide array of situations. Her career goal is to grow with the company, serving customers with the utmost respect and empathy. Her husband and fur babies are the motivation for her success. Outside of work, she loves the outdoors - fishing, hunting, kayaking, and off-roading.

Bre

Bre joined SERVPRO in December 2021, as the Reconstruction Project Coordinator. She worked in the medical field for the past 7 years after graduating from Conemaugh School of Radiologic Technology. Choosing to totally change her career path has been very rewarding thus far. She loves expanding her knowledge and she is definitely learning a lot about the reconstruction process. 

Jarrett

Jarrett joined our team in 2022 as a production technician.  His certifications include WRT-Water Damage Restoration Technician from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). He also has his OSHA10 certification. In his spare time enjoys playing guitar.

Brian

Brian joined the team in 2022 and brings more than 30 years of construction and 15 years of plumbing experience to our ranks.  In his spare time he enjoys hunting, fishing, riding motorcycles and basically anything outdoors.

Joe

Joe joined SERVPRO in 2022 bringing 35 years of construction experience to our team.  When not spending time with his family, he enjoys hunting and fishing.

Tyler

Tyler is part of the reconstruction team at SERVPRO of Southern Blair and Bedford County. He brings 5 years of experience to the team. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family.

Lee Yingling

Lee is the Warehouse Manager for SERVPRO Team Weaver and is based out of the State College, PA headquarters. He has an understanding of every job in process at all times as his wife is our Ebensburg, Southern Blair County and Bedford sales representative and his step-son works in our reconstruction department.

A former diesel mechanic, Lee knows his way around a shop. He makes sure our equipment is serviced after every trip into the field, maintains our vehicles so they are ready to pull out at a moment’s notice, and stocks our warehouse shelves with everything our team needs. He is, hands down, one of the most important people in our process of being Faster to Any Disaster™.

Aaron

Aaron joined our reconstruction team in 2022 and brings 10 years of experience to our teams. In his spare time he likes to archery hunt, fish and spend time with his family.

Brian

Brian joined our reconstruction team in 2022 and brings 25 years of experience to our teams. In his spare time he likes to hunt, fish and spend time with his family.

Sophia

Sophia joined our team as a part-time, seasonal employee in the summer of 2021. She will be a freshman at Penn State in the fall and is a member of the soccer team.

Connor

Connor joined the team in 2022 as a Production Tech. He brings two years of construction experience to the team. WRT-Water Damage Restoration Technician from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and his OSHA10 certification. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his friends and he loves baseball.

Karin

Karin joined us in 2022 as a Production Tech. Her attention to detail and leadership led to her being promoted to Content Manager. Her certifications include CPT-Content Processing Technician from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and OSHA10. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and cooking.

RJ

RJ joined us in 2022 as part of our reconstruction division. As a reconstruction lead, he brings nearly 20 years of experience to our teams. In his spare time he enjoys fishing.

Shawn

Shawn joined us in 2022 as part of the mitigation division. He is certified as a WRT-Water Damage Restoration Technician from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). In his spare time he enjoys golfing.

Gary

Gary joined our team as a production tech in 2022. Gary is OSHA10 Certified. In his spare time he enjoys watching sports and golfing.

Dakota

Dakota joined us in 2022 and is part of the reconstruction division and an estimator. He is OSHA10 certified. When not at work he enjoys hunting and spending time with friends.

Brett Bellock

Brett joined our team in 2022. He is part of our mitigation teams and brings extensive knowledge in estimating to SERVPRO. He has his WRT-Water Damage Restoration Technician certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and his OSHA10 certification. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family and golfing.

Adrian Reese

Adrian joined our team in 2022. He brings a varied background to our mitigation teams. He has his OSHA10 Construction Industry Training Program Certification. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his children and working on vehicles.

Tom

Tom joined our team in 2022 as a mitigation tech. When not at work he works on cars and spends time with his friends.

Carey

Carey joined the team in 2022 and is part of our front office staff. She previously worked in the banking industry. When not at work she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Damion

Damion joined our us in 2022 and brings more than 20 years of mitigation and restoration experience to our teams. He holds Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) and Odor Control Technician (OCT) certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). 

Bob

Bob joined the Reconstruction Division in 2023 and brings nearly 40 years of construction experience to the team. When not at work he spends time with his family.

Edwin

Edwin joined our team as a production tech in 2022. He is OSHA 10 certified. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family, including his dog and cat.

Lina

Lina joined our team as a production tech in 2022. She is OSHA10 certified. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, including her dog and cat.

Ben Weaver

Ben is co-owner and CEO of SERVPRO of Southern Blair Bedford, as well as three other SERVPRO franchises collectively named “Team Weaver”. He is a proud veteran of the US Air Force and a graduate of IUP. He and his family live in Duncansville, PA where he helps coach his son’s baseball team. 

Professionally, Ben was trained and certified by MFS trade school as a Kitchen Exhaust Hood Cleaning Technician and Kitchen exhaust Hood Cleaning Inspector. He is also a certified Esporta operator, holds a certification in Water Damage Restoration from the IICRC, and is a lead renovator. His dedication to excellence, frugality, and meaningful relationships has helped make Team Weaver one of SERVPRO’s top 75 franchises.

Jeff Kuncelman

Jeff is co-owner and COO of SERVPRO of Southern Blair Bedford, as well as three other SERVPRO franchises collectively named “Team Weaver”. He is a graduate of Penn Tech and the son of a contractor. He lives in Ebensburg, PA where he is renovating his barn to host weddings or his family for weekend hunting adventures. 

Jeff is certified by the IICRC in Water Damage Restoration, applied structural drying, fire and smoke damage restoration, odor control, and commercial drying. He is also an EPA renovator. His dedication to innovation, loyalty to his local roots, and willingness to do whatever it takes to do things the right way  has helped make Team Weaver one of SERVPRO’s top 75 franchises.

Jeff Heil

As our HR Manager, Jeff works out of our Ebensburg, PA Headquarters. He is a graduate of Robert Morris University where he earned a Bachelor of Business Admin with a concentration in Finance and Accounting before getting an MBA from the University of Phoenix. A native of Pittsburgh, Jeff now enjoys life in Central Pennsylvania and his back roads commute to work.

His corporate background has brought depth to our company culture, as he takes an innovative approach to his position.

Tera Nelson

Tera is the Director of Marketing for Team Weaver’s family of four franchises. She is a proud graduate of Penn State University, which fostered her love for all things Happy Valley. #WeAre

An accomplished artist and business owner, Tera was a well-known photographer in the State College area for 15 years before opening her own marketing agency. In 2022, Tera joined SERVPRO Team Weaver and now uses her experience as a branding expert, professional speaker, and published author to let her community know that one of the best restoration companies in the world is located right in their backyard.

SERVPRO is a family affair for the Nelson family as Tera’s husband is the company’s Mitigation Restoration Manager and her daughter works in Mitigation over the summer and when Penn State is not in session.
